Seller Fulfilled Prime Order Fulfilment Settings
In order to ensure that your Amazon Seller Central Seller Fulfilled Prime settings are in sync with the collection / pick-up times we currently have in place with the couriers, please follow the below instructions.
Navigate to : Settings > Shipping Settings
Click the General Shipping Settings tab
Click the Edit button in Order Fulfilment Settings (shown in Yellow)
Select the Weekly Operations (Prime) option
Please configure the Monday to Friday Pick-up Time as well as choose either Saturday or Sunday and configure Pick-up Times as per the separate instructions your Client Success Manager has provided.
The Order Cut-off Times are determined by the Pick-Up Time and will be selected automatically.
Once complete, press the Save button.
For reference, our current Pick-Up Times for each Seller Fulfilled Prime courier are detailed in the table below :-

*Only parcels scanned into Royal Mail’s system on a Saturday will be delivered to customers on the following Monday – any parcels processed after 12pm on Saturday, and therefore collected on the following Sunday will only be scanned and processed for delivery Tuesday.
We don’t have any influence as to the times Amazon Shipping collects – the Pick-up times negotiated with Amazon Shipping is the responsibility of the client.
