Linking a Royal Mail account to Amazon Seller Central

When shipping via the Seller Fulfilled Prime program, to maintain your Prime eligibility, it is imperative that you buy at least 98% of your shipping labels through Amazon.

Both DPD and Amazon Shipping label / delivery fees are applied directly to your seller account, however Royal Mail labels are applied to your own (or Lama Fulfilment) carrier account.

To enable this, we have to link the relevant Royal Mail account to Seller Central, however before we do this, please ensure you have created Lama Fulfilment warehouse in Seller Central - if you haven't done this please navigate to the following support page >>> insert page <<<

To do this, navigate to :-

Settings > Account Info > Buy Delivery Preferences

Select Manage your carrier accounts as highlighted in Red

If using one of Lama Fulfilments’ Royal Mail sub-accounts, please complete the form with the following details :-

Ships from Address: Shop at Home Retail Group Limited

Address Line 1: Units C1 - C4 Junction 7 Business Park

Address Line 2: Blackburn Road

City: Clayton-le-Moors

Country: United Kingdom

Postcode: BB5 5JW

Phone Number 1: 01254 917711

Email Address: [email protected]

Account Number and Posting Location ID will be provided directly by your Client Success Manager.

If using your own client account, please complete your own credentials and relevant details.

Once you have completed the form, click the Submit button – once submitted, it takes up to 72 hours for the account to be linked.
