Enabling Merchant Fulfilment API
The Merchant Fulfilment API provides another way for you to purchase shipping through Buy Shipping through Amazon.
Our platform buys the shipping, in most cases, automatically, however to enable this feature you must first read and accept the terms and conditions for Buy Shipping, as well as those for any carriers that you want to use.
Navigate to :
Settings > Account Info > Buy Delivery Preferences
Then select Merchant Fulfilment API registration (as highlighted in Red)
From here select all that apply – minimally you will have to select :-
- Amazon’s Buy Delivery Terms and Conditions
- PLUS the SFP carrier’s Terms and Conditions (namely Amazon Shipping, DPD and Royal Mail)
You are welcome to read the relevant Terms and Condition per carrier as per the link.
Once you have toggled your selection, hit the Submit button and you're all done.
