Integrate your eBay store with Lama Fulfilment

Once integrated we will be able to: 

• Download your eBay orders
• Mark orders as despatched in eBay
• Update your eBay inventory to match the stock in our system  

To create the link between StoreFeeder and your eBay account, we need to link Lama Fulfilment to both the new eBay and the old eBay API.

In order to do this, we will need to arrange a Teams call, where you can share your screen with us. Once screen sharing, we will need to take control of your screen to log into our integration manager. 

 At this point, we will click on the 'Link my eBay account to StoreFeeder' links circled below (We will link one first and then link the next one).

Why am I doing this twice?

Currently a link to the new eBay API is required so that StoreFeeder has access to the eBay Catalogue feature. StoreFeeder will slowly be transitioning to just using the one "new" API but at the moment both need to be linked to have full functionality.

A new web page from eBay will open in your browser. This is where you take back control of your screen and you will be prompted to add your eBay User ID and password. Once you have entered these, press the 'Sign In' button.

You will be presented with a screen asking you to allow StoreFeeder to integrate with your eBay account. Please take the time to read the StoreFeeder Privacy Policy, and when you are happy, click 'I Agree'.

StoreFeeder (our integration manager) will now have access to your eBay account. 

For the final time, we will take control of your screen and will just need to enter the e-mail address linked to the PayPal account you use on eBay in the 'PayPal Email' box below. Finally, we will click the 'Save' button to complete the process.
