Client Success / Account Management

Our Client Success Managers are there to support our clients in the day to day operating of their strategic relationship with us. 

From initial onboarding to the day-to-day operational services such as managing any operational queries as well as booking in inbound deliveries and advanced shipping notifications.


Order Management

•             Part / Back Order Management

•             Subscription Orders

•             Bulk / FBA Manual order processing

•             Re-work order management and updates

Product / SKU Management

•             Mapping products / listings to sales channels (up to 100 per month)

•             Creating and maintaining bundle / parent SKUs (up to 50 per month)

Inbound Deliveries

•             Receiving inbound delivery communication and handling appropriately internally

•             Booking in with warehouse

•             Communicating any Inbound delivery discrepancies.

Day – to- day

•             Invoice queries

•             Customer Service enquiries

•             Monthly /  Quarterly Business Review
