Operations - Create An Order

Orders > Create Order

This allows you to create a manual order. 

If an order is a bulk move or FBA (D2B) please ensure the “FBA / Bulk Move” toggle is on:

If an order is a small order going to an end-user (D2C) please ensure the “FBA / Bulk Move” toggle is off:

In order for an order to be uploaded successfully, the below fields need to be filled in: 

Order Reference - Your order number/order reference

Shipping Method - 

• No shipping - if you are unsure on what method you would like to select, please choose this one 
• Next Day - providing the order is uploaded before your agreed cut-off time in the day, this will ensure the order is dispatched the same day and delivered via the relevant next day courier service
• 3-5 Working Days - this will ensure the order is dispatched via the agreed standard shipping method. 
• Collection - if it is a Bulk / FBA shipment that needs to be collected or sent via a pallet courier, please select this shipping method. We will then ensure the shipment is dispatched via the relevant courier

Delivery Charge - This is where you can add a custom delivery charge. This is a mandatory field. If there is no delivery charge, or, you would not like to add one, please put 0.00

Delivery Note (PDF) - If an order requires custom delivery notes or custom labels, please upload the PDF here. This will notify us that you have uploaded a PDF and prompts us to print them and apply/attach to the shipment. 

Shipping address - you can either search using the postcode finder and select the address, or you can add all the delivery address details in manually. Please note, the below fields are mandatory. 

• First Name 
• Last Name 
• Address 1 
• Town / City
• Postcode 

Order Lines - this is where you add the product you wish to add to the order. 

• Quantity - This is how many units of the product you wish to add to the order
• Product - This is where you add the product you wish to add to the order. You can search by using the drop down menu. Or you can search for the SKU or name of the product and the drop down will filter all your SKUs to what you have typed.
• Unit price - This is where you can add a price for the product. If there is no price, or you do not wish to add a price, please add 0.00. 

Once all the above have been added, please press create order.
