Operations - Orders Overview

This page is a list of orders currently in our system and their status. 
 

This view can be filtered by the below parameters:  

- Order Date to and from - dates in which an order was placed 

- Dispatch Date to and from - dates in which an order was dispatched 

- Shipping Method - the type of shipping method the order was sent via  

- Order Status - the current status of the order - different status' are explained below

• Complete Ready to Pick - Order is in our system, waiting for the warehouse to pick and pack.
• Assigned - The warehouse team are in the process of picking and packing the order.
• Dispatched - The order has been picked, pack and dispatched.
• Pending Waiting All stock - We do not have enough stock to fulfil the entire order.
• Pending Waiting Part Stock - We have some stock but not all stock available to fulfil the order. 

- Channel Name - This is the channel in which the order has come from

You can decide how many orders are shown in the table, using the "Show Entries" drop down menu - this is filterable by 50 - 2500 orders to be shown in the table. 
 

If an order is currently in one of the below status', it can be cancelled using the blue bin icon in the far right column of the table 

- Complete Ready to Pick

- Pending Waiting All Stock 

- Pending Waiting Part Stock 

For more information on an order, you can click the "VL Order number" in blue text. This will take you through to an overview of the order you have clicked on. 

Order information can be downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet via the "Excel" button - please note that however many orders you have set to view using the "show entries" drop down menu will be downloaded.
