Returns
All returns will be processed within 2 business days of receipt according to the requirements set out by the client.
We can :-
- rework the returned product to new / renew (after consultation with the client)
- add the returned product back into stock (after grading)
- dispose of the returned product
The data will be made available in the online portal.
