How to Integrate with Mirakl

Mirakl integration enables you to:

• Download your Mirakl orders
• Pick, pack and despatch orders
• Send tracking information to Mirakl
• Update and synchronise inventory

In order to do this, we will need to arrange a Teams call, where you can share your screen with us. Once screen sharing, we will need to take control of your screen to log into our integration manager. 

Whilst sharing a screen, you will need to retrieve your Mirakl Store API URL. Head over to your Mirakl account and sign in.

On your Mirakl store's dashboard look to the top right and click on your username/e-mail address to access your 'User Settings'.

From here, click on the 'API Key' tab on the navigation bar.

DO NOT

Click 'Generate a new key' if there is already an API key present.

You'll now be on an API Key generator page. If there is already a key here, then copy it to your clipboard. If there is not, then click 'Generate a new key' and copy the freshly generated code to your clipboard.

Now, we will take control and return to StoreFeeder where we will still have the 'Mirakl - Integration Details' page open. We will choose which marketplace you are using and paste the API Key you retrieved a moment ago in the box shown below.

Once we have done this you are ready to test the connection. We have a test connection button that you can use to test if StoreFeeder can connect to the API URL provided. If the connection fails, please double check the details and retry.
