How to Integrate with TikTok

Currently, our TikTok integration enables you to:

  • Download your TikTok orders
  • Send shipping updates to TikTok (See important note at bottom of article)
  • Download basic listings to map to products
  • Send Inventory and Price updates to TikTok

To do this, we will need to arrange a Teams call, where you can share your screen with us. Once screen sharing, we will need to take control of your screen to log into our integration manager.

Whilst sharing a screen, we will take control of your screen temporarily. We will need to follow the "Connect to TikTok" link. This will redirect us to the TikTok Shop webpage.

We will then select the relevant continent and country to ship into.

At this point, you will take over and log into your TikTok shop account via email or phone number.

Once logged in, we will select the relevant renew option and confirm to install.

Finally, TikTok needs to be authorised – this will send an OTP to your email address/phone number that will be inputted into TikTok – as below:

Once we have entered those into their respective fields, we will be re-directed back to Storefeeder and we can then press test connection.

StoreFeeder will then attempt to connect to your TikTok account using the details you provided.

Provided your details were accepted, we will see the tested successfully message.
